You have 14 days to inquire about a refund authorization. Give us a call or email us with your order number and the reason for your return. Once we have been notified of your return, you will be given further instructions (if needed).
All returns have a 10% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Shipping is non-refundable.
If you have a defective item, please call or email us as soon as possible. We will try our best to either replace the item —if we still have it in stock— or issue you a refund.
